About us

The state-owned premises have merged to form Schloesserland Sachsen. With all its partner castles and palaces, it represents a conglomeration of 53 distinctive cultural monuments attracting several million visitors annually from both at home and abroad to Saxony. The buildings that unite important styles impressively document the history of the country.

Apart from a wide range of travel and leisure opportunities, Schloesserland Sachsen also offers to be the venue for congresses and conferences. We are looking forward to your visit!

As a state-owned enterprise supervised by the Saxon State Ministry of Finance, we are obliged to preserve the monuments in our custody, to take care of them and fill them with life, and to run them in a cost-effective manner. This task cannot be fulfilled without you, our visitors.
